Can I create an EEM user group with Read-Only access to APM and then assign LDAP users to this group?

  Discusses the group setting on integration of CA EEM and LDAP for Authentication and Authorization of CA APM.

How can I create an EEM user group with Read-Only access to APM and then assign LDAP users to this group?

Environment

EEM -- All supported versions. APM -- All supported versions

Resolution

  After EEM is integrated with LDAP, it is unable to create user groups in EEM.

 Once registering APM with EEM, the default Application Groups for APM show up in the Application Groups.

 Then, you can assign the guest group to the LDAP users for limited access.
