View the configuration of the ProxySG with a limited administrator account (with read-only privilege)

Issue/Introduction

You want to view the configuration from the ProxySG management Command Line Interface (CLI) from a read-only administrator account.

Environment

You are logged into the ProxySG management secure shell (SSH) interface with a limited account (read-only) access.

Resolution

Although there is no 'show configuration' command for a limited admin account, the limited administrator account can read the ProxySG configuration by using the command “show advanced-url <URL>”

 

For example:

proxysg> show advanced-url /archconf_brief.txt

proxysg> show advanced-url /archconf_expanded.txt
