High Memory Pressure in LSA component

Issue/Introduction

Pdm stats in the sysinfo shows very high memory for the LSA component. The lsa component is used by our IWA direct feature.

Resolution

This is a memory leak caused by invalid users i.e. wrong username, password.

This leak is only known to be in 6.5. Bug 195247 was raised and a fix is available in the 6.5.3.1 GA release. You can download this release from support.symantec.com Network Protection Downloads
