Issue/Introduction

The appliance can indicate that a change occurred but does not show the change itself. You must obtain the configuration change manually using Sysinfo.

By default, the appliance takes one Sysinfo snapshot a day and stores the files from the last 30 days. Sysinfo contains all events, including configuration changes, that occurred in the snapshot interval. To determine the configuration changes from the last 30 days, download and compare Sysinfo snapshots using any diff tool.

To download snapshots:

1. Go to the Management Console.
2. Select Maintenance > Service Information > Snapshots.
3. Select sysinfo.
4. Click View All Snapshots. A new browser window opens.
5. Click Download to download the snapshots.
