What is the CA Top Secret Option for DB2 support and compatibility needed for DB2 V12?

Resolution

PTFs RO87521, RO88618, RO92542, RO92789 and RO94767 have been published for the CA Top Secret Option 1.3 for DB2 in support of DB2 V12.
 
Also, the CA Top Secret fixes are required for DB2 V12:
For CA Top Secret 15.0 : RO93265
For CA Top Secret 16.0 : RO92811
