Resolution

When using the Visual Policy Manager (VPM) to configure group-based forwarding, it is important to know that when multiple objects in the 'Forward to:' list are selected that this represents the failover sequence desired and NOT a list of load balanced hosts or groups.

In order to do load balancing among a predetermined set of hosts, the hosts will need to be defined within a common group. This group will be selected as the 'Forward to:' object in the VPM.
