Issue/Introduction

I want to adjust the default timeout CLI session in CacheFlow.

I want to know what is the default timeout CLI session in CacheFlow.

 

Resolution

 A CLI session remains open as long as there is activity. If you leave the session idle, the connection eventually times out and you must reconnect.

The default timeout is five minutes, but you can set the timeout and other session-specific options using the line-vty command.

Note that these settings also apply to the serial port if it has been secured, otherwise it will remain open indefinitely.
