Can you retrieve BCWF updates from an internal server?

Issue/Introduction

Yes, first manually download the BCWF database from the external server, save it to an internal Web server, and then point the ProxySG to the location of your internal Web server.

1. To manually download the BCWFdatabase point a Web browser to https://list.bluecoat.com/bcwf/activity/download/bcwf.db and enter the proper BCWF credentials when prompted.
    
2. Save the file locally. Then move it to the internal web server of your choice.
    
3. In the ProxySG Management Console ( Configuration > Content Filtering > Blue Coat WebFilter) replace the default URL path for the download to that of your internal Web server.
