Cannot find the Flash Statistics in Streaming History on the ProxySG appliance

Issue/Introduction

Users use Adobe Flash Player to play a webcast without any issues, but the Streaming History on the appliance does not show any Flash Statistics.

Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. Verify whether you have a valid Flash license for the ProxySG appliance.
2. Verify that HTTP handoff for Flash is enabled. Select Configuration > Proxy Settings > Streaming Proxies > Flash. Select Enable HTTP handoff.
3. Verify that Detect Protocol for HTTP (the the service you intercept for HTTP traffic) is enabled. Select Configuration > Services > Proxy Services > HTTP > Edit Service. Select Detect Protocol.
