Issue/Introduction

When trying to delete an icap group you receive "Cannot delete the service-group specified, it is in use."

Resolution

If the group still exist as an object, even unused, it is not possible to remove the group from the icap service group.

To check if the object still exists you need to go to the Visual Policy Manager and look thru the existing objects.

1. In the VPM you can go to view then select all object.
2. Select show only unused objects.
3. You should be able to locate the icap object and remove it.
4. Then you install policy and then remove the icap group.
