Yes, you can manually backup the ProxySG’s license key.

Resolution

To backup the ProxySG's license key manually:

1. Browse to the license key directly:  https://<ip.address.of.proxysg>:8082/license_key.txt 
2. From the browser window, select File > Save As and save the file as "license_key.txt".

To install the license key manually:

1. Go to the Management Console > Maintenance tab > Licensing > Install tab
2. At the "License Key Manual Installation" section, select "Install License Key from:" from "Local File" and click on the "Install" button.
3. Browse to the location where you saved the license_key.txt file.  Highlight the license file and confirm the license file installation.
