BCAAA's event log is reporting "Could not read protocol version number from ProxySG Appliance"

Issue/Introduction

This message is purely informational and is generated by BCAAA whenever a connection is established on the server running BCAAA on port 16101, that is not generated by a ProxySG authentication request.  Health checks generated by the ProxySG and other devices such as load balancers or port scanners will trigger this log entry.

There is no expected issue or delay in authentication caused when this message is received.
