BCAAA Error 1920 while installing the BCAAA software
You will get Error 1920 if the user account you are using to install BCAAA does not have the proper access rights.
Please ensure that the user account you are using has adequate administrator rights on the System on which BCAAA is being installed.
Sometimes domain users have challenges in installing BCAAA agent. In such cases, use following procedure:
• Firstly ensure that BCAAA is not already installed on the server.
• Now start the BCAAA installation and this time choose local user instead of domain.
• Then go into Windows services and edit BCAAA service to use the domain user in logon option.
• Restart the service.
