Issue/Introduction

The Auth connector was originally working as expected then after some period of time (days) it was noticed that the service had stopped.  New users and groups were not getting populated in the portal.

Resolution

define a network location that the Auth connector will use.

The auth connector status in portal showed disconnected and the network location showed as "undefined".  This will happen when the network location being used by the auth connector is deleted.
