Several EMEA users have tried resetting their password but continually get denied access with invalid username or password, when other users in the same subscription are not getting access denied, what is the problem?
These EMEA users in Germany were using the German language version of FireFox of Chrome.
The user switched from the German version and configured English as their first language in their browser. The password reset page was then presented in English and the user was able to set a password (including uppercase, lowercase, and special characters, and also numbers). The login then worked immediately (no additional login was necessary).
