Is there a way to suppress Contact lost to Secondary alarm during Online Backup? 

How to we stop "Contact Lost to Secondary" alarms during online backup?

You can configure the event 0x00010c0e as an "Event Pair" and the paired Event can be set to occur if the Secondary does not restart within an accepted time elapse. In doing so, you can set up a Custom event to alarm if Contact to Secondary is not restored in a defined time period. You can also disable the alarm on 0x00010c0e (set severity to "none") to effectively "hide" the alarm during OLB. 

NOTE: The custom event shown in the screenshot is only an example. Your custom event code may vary. Configure your custom event to send an alarm if the Secondary has not been contacted.
