The patch management solution report, "Software Compliance by Managed Delivery Policy" shows incorrect value for 'Total Number of Computers' column compared to the drill down of that report named "Software Compliance Details by Managed Delivery Policy".

Cause

Related SQL stored procedures queries require updates

Resolution

Update the existing SQL stored procedures with two attached to this article

The steps are:

1. Expand programmability from Symantec_CMDB.dbo
2. Find affected stored procedures and rename them:
   • sp_GetSoftwareComplianceDetailsByManagedDelivery
   • sp_SWM_GetSoftwareComplianceByManagedDelivery
3. Execute both attached SQL scripts
4. Verify that script is completed succesfully
