Issue/Introduction
When Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) and Dragon Professional (formerly NaturallySpeaking) are installed on the same computer, the Dragon software may encounter file access issues.
Resolution
You will need to create folder exclusions for the following directories (including sub-directories):
- C:\ProgramData\Nuance
- C:\Program Files\Nuance
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuance
- C:\Users\<your windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Nuance
