Component: ACF2MS

Resolution

ACF2 uses the hardware clock which is set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

The GMT is stored in the lidrec as the time portion of the PSWD-TOD.  When

the lidrec is displayed, the PSWD-TOD time is adjusted by the site's deviance

from GMT.
