Newly added form will not show up immediately in Service Catalog web part.

Issue/Introduction

When adding a Form to Service Catalog, it will show up on Service Catalog page and on some web parts but not on the Service Catalog web part.

Cause

List of forms is cached for the Service Catalog web part.

Resolution

Refreshing application pool hosting ProcessManager vDir will clear/refresh the cache.
This issue has been resolved in newer versions of Workflow (7.6 and newer).
