Issue/Introduction

Your company policy requires SQL passwords to be updated every 90 days.
The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Reporter password for the SQL sem5 database fails to function after the SQL passwords are updated.

Resolution

The Reporter password cannot be manually updated.
Run the SEPM "Management Server Configuration Wizard" to update the Reporter password automatically in the SQL sem5 database.
