Opened the Console > Actions > Software > Patch Remediation Center; highlight MSRT-001 and right-click Download Packages; found the process fails to download the packages from Microsoft's site via 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/A/A/4AA524C6-239D-47FF-860B-5B397199CBF8/Windows-KB890830-V5.47.exe'
Additionally, seeing Clients failing to run the Software Update for MSRT-001-KB890830 due to the failure to update this Software Update package.

Patch Management Solution 7.5.x, 7.6.x and 8.x
Isolated a bug in the updated Patch Data released in 7.2 PMImport .cab files and had to filter out the change in this URL, and this resulted in the old v46 update to be deployed to endpoints on the unchanged Bulletin/Update name, yet the Client needed to run the v48 installation process as designed.
This issue was resolved in PMImport v7.2.31 released on 5/16/17 for the recent issue found in May's release.tification when it is resolved.
Please run the Import Patch Data for Windows (PMImport) download process to implement this resolution, and open the Console > Actions > Software > Patch Remediation Center; highlight MSRT-001, right-click Distribute Recreate Packages, and the update should be ready for deployment.
