Message "Pending Information" when running a track and trace search

Issue/Introduction

One or more emails showing status as "Pending Information" in the Email security.cloud Client Net portal under Track and Trace search tool.

Cause

The details for the email are not available yet. Typically, an email is searchable within 15-30 minutes of entering the infrastructure.

Resolution

Retry the search after 15 minutes. If Track and Trace still shows pending information and require the email delivery SMTP logs, please contact Symantec Technical Support .
