ATP Management CIU command line (CLI) is no longer accessible when using the 'admin' account and password.
At the CLI when typing in the password, it returns an error "Invalid Password".
When logging into the CLI of the ATP appliance or Virtual Machine (VM) using the 'admin' account and password, but it fails due to "Invalid password", then follow the steps below.
Steps for Rebuilding the ATP Management console (CIU):
Once the physical appliance or virtual appliance is restored, then contact Symantec Support and open a Support ticket to have support step you through reestablishing the scanner(s) back to the ATP Management console (CIU).
