In Package Server Settings we've set it to publish UNC and HTTPS codebases. The Package Servers are only publishing UNC codebases.

The HTTPS binding on the Package Server was somehow removed. What removes it is currently under investigation.

This issue is under investigation.
To work around the issue, set the following:

  1. In the console browse under Settings > Site Server Settings > and select Global Site Server Settings.
  2. Under the option "Certificates Rollout > Automated intranet certificate distribution to site servers > Install intranet certificate" should be checked.
  3. Check the option "Force overwrite HTTP binding.
  4. Click Save changes.

The site servers will need to get the updated policy so they will publish HTTPS codebases.
