Issue/Introduction

CA Easytrieve release 11.5 or 11.6 program calls Cobol 5.2 program, and the job abends with a S0C4 abend when called via CA Easytrieve. Is any maintenance required?

The description to resolve this for this IBM fix is:

     PI87546: In an ALL31(OFF) environment, CEEFETCH of a COBOL v5+ module produces an unusable function descriptor

This PTF may be downloaded from Support Online.  This PTF prevents a U4038 abend.
