Can the dcsc_umc database owner be changed to an account other than dcsadmin?

Issue/Introduction

In Microsoft SQL the dcsc_umc database is created with the dcsadmin account as the Database Owner (DBO) and you are wondering if this can be changed.

Cause

Some companies internal security practices recommend databases be owned by specific accounts or recommend not keeping the default account as the DBO.

Resolution

The dcsc_umc database must have dcsadmin as the DBO and cannot be changed.
