Message wasn't filtered as expected at SPF failure

Issue/Introduction

When SPF checking returns Fail result,  SMG does not take default action to amend subject line with "[Sender Auth Failure] " , instead the message is delivered normally and  "Sender Auth Failure" is not amended in subject.

Resolution

Sender’s domain can be found on Good Sender List.

Remove the sender's connection IP from the Good sender list.
