Issue/Introduction

How to deliver email port for a specific domain on Symantec Message Gateway(SMG).

Resolution

  1. Open SMG management portal and login as admin
  2. Navigate to "Protocols->Domains" and choose the domain name you want to deliver
  3. If there isn't one, create it
  4. Under the "delivery" tab add a new destination route and specify the port as 465
