Find scan duration from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Environment

Endpoint Protection 12.1
 

Cause

- Optimize when scan start with the duration on virtual environement.
- Confirm that the scan was run
- Troubleshoot user complaining of the lenght of the scan.

Resolution

Scan duration can be found in the details of the scheduled scan by following the steps below:

Monitor > Log > Scan Logs> Select a "Schedule Scan" > Clic on Detail >

You will have the start time and the Stop time and finally the scan duration.
