Issue/Introduction

You are using Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) and receive an alert that says "Reached subscribed license limit".

Thank you for your business. You are receiving this alert because you have no licenses remaining from your Endpoint Protection subscription. If you need to deploy more agents, please purchase additional licenses.

Resolution

This does not mean your licenses are expired, but simply that you are using all available licenses and will need more licenses if you plan to deploy additional clients.  If you do not plan to deploy more clients, this alert may be ignored.  If you plan to deploy more clients, you will need to purchase additional licenses.
