Issue/Introduction

You need to move one or more Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) clients from one account to another.

Resolution

The SEP SBE cloud client must be uninstalled and then reinstalled under the correct account.

  1. Uninstall the Symantec.cloud software from the system and reboot. You may also delete the client from the account to start the uninstall process.
  2. Log on to the account you wish to move the client to and download a client installer.
  3. Install the Symantec.cloud software and it will associate with the correct account.
