This document covers how to determine that a wake on LAN is sent and what limitations might prevent a client from waking up.

Services can at times cause issues, try restarting them:
Wake On LAN (WOL) must be enabled on the NIC. See manufacturers guides on enabling this option.
A WOL is limited to the subnet that it was sent from as it uses the broadcast IP of the subnet. E.G. 192.168.10.255
Firewall rules may block the traffic from your WOL server. You can see this traffic via Wireshark. By default UDP port 402 is the port destination.
