VIP account information needs to be updated. VIP account notifications aren't being received by an organization due to incorrect contact information in VIP Manager.
To request changes to the billing, corporate or technical* contact in VIP Manager:
- Please allow a few days to complete the changes.
- Personal email addresses are not permitted.
Note: VIP Certificate expiry notifications are sent to the email address listed under the TECHNICAL contact. Account expiry notifications are sent to the email addresses listed under the CORPORATE and TECHNICAL contact fields. Using a 'distribution list' email address ensures vital notifications will have a broader reach. Periodically review the accuracy of all information on the ACCOUNT tab in your VIP Manager portal.
