To request changes to the billing, corporate or technical* contact in VIP Manager:
- Download and complete the attached PDF form.
- The document must be signed by a legally-authorized signatory within your organization.
- Contact Symantec VIP Support to open a support case. For quicker resolution, include Symantec VIP in the subject. (example: Symantec VIP - request to update account information).
- Attach the signed document to the case.
- Allow a few days to complete the changes.
- Personal email addresses are not permitted.
* Notes
- VIP Certificate expiry notifications are sent to the email address listed under the TECHNICAL contact.
- Account expiry notifications are sent to the email addresses listed under the CORPORATE and TECHNICAL contact fields.
- Using a 'distribution list' email address ensures vital notifications will have a broader reach.
- Periodically review the accuracy of all information on the ACCOUNT tab in your VIP Manager portal.
