Customers create an image from a BIOS based system. They then use Ghost Explorer to modify the image. Once a modification has been made to the image, the image can no longer be used in a multicast session.
All multicast clients fail before restoring any files with following GHOSTERR:
Error Number: 28000
Message: Corrupt ID header encountered
DS 8.x
GSS 3.3.x
1) Open up the image in ghost explorer and make the change
2) Click on File and select 'compile'
3) Deploy the newly compiled image
4) The image can now be deployed successfully using multicast.
