How to edit configuration and properties files for a 12.1 Web Viewer USS install? 

 I read where it says to look at the config files and the properties files, but they are non-readable through putty. How do I go about looking at the contents of these files?

Mainframe, USS

Resolution

Those files, as is Tomcat, are in ASCII. So on the mainframe, you want to go into 3.17, navigate to the file location (should be wherever CAOMWV12_Home points), and do a view or edit in ASCII - "v a" or "e a". 

Additional Information

From that same panel, at the top, you may want to go into Option 1 and make your column width 31 instead of the default which is probably 15. It'll make things easier to read.
