Issue/Introduction

On Site Server with Task service installed, clients lose connectivity, and AtrsHost.exe process has high CPU utilization (2 cores x 100%) Timeout erros while Task service is connecting to SMP might be observed.

Environment

SMP 8.0 HF5

Cause

Connection to SMP become stale, causing Task service to attempt returning data from the stale socket in a loop.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in SMP 8.0 HF6
