Where do I Find User Data for DLP Reports in IT Analytics?

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to find where to correlate DLP Status information with corresponding user data  for using existing IT Analytics Reports.  Where can that be accomplished?

Environment

DLP 14.0 - IT Analytics 8.x

Resolution

You must use a combination of cubes to connect the data.

1. The DLP User information doesn't appear in the Details cube. It is found in the Incident Summary cube, under DLP Endpoint Incident dimension.
2. Following the instructions in https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.DOC9162.html, in the "Creating a Cube View" section, you need to build the same view in that cube.  
3. Your DLP User data will now properly be correlated according to your report design requirements.
