KNOWN ISSUE: Data Center Security (DCS) Report pack for IT Analytics isn't compatible with Data Center Security 6.6 and newer versions

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to create a data source connection to a Data Center Security 6.6 and newer installation for IT Analytics results in an error.

An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.FmtValue3

Cause

Data Center Security 6.6 and newer versions have made changes to their database schema causing the currently available report pack to no longer be compatible.

Resolution

An updated report pack for DCS 6.6 has been released and attached to this article.

Download the attached zip file.

In the IT Analytics portal go to Settings->Content Pack and choose import.
