Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Package Server tab on the agent, UNC codebase is available, but HTTP codebase not available. You have also confirmed, "Publish HTTP codebase" is enabled in the  Symantec Management Console in Package Service settings.

Agent Logs:

Not all required features of IIS are installed. IIS will not be used and Package Server's virtual directories will be deleted.

Web Server (IIS) role is installed, but the next required Role Services are missing: .NET Extensibility 3.5, ASP.NET 3.5.

Windows Server 2012

Resolution

To install the ASP.NET 3.5 (requires .NET Extensibility 3.5) role from the Add Roles and Features Wizard under Web Server (IIS), Application Development, and restart the Symantec Management Agent service or restart the server.
