ITMS 8.0 - new Software Product License utilization view needs enhancement to respect resource scoping

Issue/Introduction

In ITMS 8.0 Software license model was extended to cover several new types of the software licensing to meet current market options from varios large vendors.
It was noticed, that in case if there is a resource scoping, there may be a situation the user with limited support won't see correct number of licenses as per resources visible to them.

Example:
On below screenshot the Software Product Summary and license utilization has 82 entries. This is the total count of installed product for the given ABBYY software.
However the actual user only has access to less devices where the software is installed because of scoping restrictions



Expected product behavior is that it should respect actual access limitations for user in charge and show only license counts for scoped resources.

Symantec Engineering team is aware of current limitations and will consider enhancement to the current design in one of the next major releases.
