Using Managed Service Provider (MSP) licenses with pre-paid (ELS) licenses on the same account

Issue/Introduction

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) license is applied to a Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) account when a valid pre-paid (ELS) license already exists.

Resolution

When an MSP license is applied to a SEP SBE cloud account that already uses an ELS license, the MSP license will only report the number of agent installations over the pre-paid license seat count on the Service Utilization and Billing report.
