Issue/Introduction

The Task Status Reporting service caches the NS connection settings, what can
lock the user account in case of changed password until the Task Status Reporting service restarted.

ITMS 7.6 HF7 and ITMS 8.0

Cause

Known Issue

Resolution

A fix has been introduced in ITMS 8.1.
To resolve the issue restart the AtrsHost and CTDataloader services on all site servers.
