The setting of "Prevent clients from downloading full definition packages" is grayed out on the second Endpoint Protection Manager

Issue/Introduction

Two or more Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager's (SEPM) being configured as load balancing or failover in the environment.  TO change the "Prevent clients from downloading full definition packages" setting on the SEPM in the remote site, it is grayed out and can not be changed.

Cause

The "Prevent clients from downloading full definition packages" setting can be only changed from their own SEPM console.

Resolution

It is not possible to change this settings in the SEPM unless logged in manually.
