On AMT 7.1 systems during KVM Remote Contorl the buttons often do not show up (F2, F12, Ctrl+Alt+Del), or do not work, or need to be clicked multiple times before they function - other AMT versions are OK

Cause

This is a defect.

Resolution

A point-fix is available for this issue. Follow these steps to apply it.

1. Log onto the SMP Server as the Application ID account.
2. Download the attached archive to a folder on the SMP and extract the contents.
3. Execute PFInstaller.exe and choose to Install Files.
