CCS / Liveupdate pages show "No Information to display"

Issue/Introduction

When you open the CCS liveupdate management page you see the message "No Information to display", no updates are listed and available.

Environment

CCS 11.1.2

Cause

Windows permissions are not allowing the LUALL job to run.

Resolution

1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\LiveUpdate
2. Right click on LUALL.exe and select run as administrator.
3. This is will kick off liveupdate and download all updates for CCS. 
4. Once Liveupdate is finished rung a full health and status job, once the job is finished refresh the Liveupdate page and updates should appear.
