After updating the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) agent a machine disconnects from the domain due to a Failed Trust Relationship.
The following steps will need to completed to reset the SEP SBE firewall:
1. Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator
2. Type the following commands to open the Administrative User Interface:
cd \program files\Symantec.Cloud\AntiVirus
3. In the interface that opens, click on Settings
4. Select Firewall
5. Click Reset
Note: Please ensure that the SEP SBE cloud user interface is closed before running the commands to open the Administrative Interface, otherwise the Administrative Interface will not open.
