When does a token get locked?

Issue/Introduction

Token are locked when too many invalid OPT’s are entered and they exceed the maximum validation settings allowed.

Resolution

The credential is in active use in the account, but is currently unavailable for validation.
This state is set automatically by the system based on account settings for validation
