Unable to login to Self Service Portal, Error: You have entered an invalid username and password

Issue/Introduction

From the Self Service Portal, Service.log, Error is:

Resolution

The user id's are synced with LDAP.

Password used for logging into Self Service Portal should be the LDAP password for that user id.

Try LDAP password and it should resolve the issue.
